2. General data collection
When you access this website, the server automatically collects access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, pages viewed, browser type) in server log files. These data are necessary for the technical operation of the website and are usually deleted after a short time unless statutory retention obligations apply. We do not merge them with other data sources or establish a link to individuals unless we have concrete evidence of unlawful use. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). The personal data processed (e.g. access logs, IP address) are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the secure and efficient operation of the website. Vercel may process data in the USA; Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Vercel privacy policy.
4. Contact and email
When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) are processed for the purpose of handling your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data are deleted once they are no longer necessary for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Cookies and access protection
This website may use technically necessary cookies required for its operation (e.g. to store your consent or session data). In addition, services such as Google Tag Manager may set further cookies (e.g. for analytics or marketing) if you have consented. You can configure your browser to be notified when cookies are set and to reject them individually or in general.
6. Google Tag Manager (GTM)
This website uses Google Tag Manager (GTM). GTM is a tool that allows additional services (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to be integrated via an interface. GTM itself does not process personal data. Where tags triggered by it collect data, the relevant sections for each service and their privacy policies apply. Google Tag Manager help.
7. Google Analytics (GA)
If Google Analytics (e.g. GA4) is used on this website, this is for the analysis and optimisation of the website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data (e.g. pages viewed, dwell time, device, approximate location). Processing may be based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be processed in the USA; Google has signed up to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can restrict collection via a browser add-on or your cookie/consent settings. Google privacy and Google – Technologies on websites.
8. Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)
If the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited is used on this website, this is for the evaluation of advertising and possibly ad control (remarketing, conversion measurement). The pixel may set cookies and collect identifiers; it may be associated with your Meta account if you are logged in. Processing is usually based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data may be processed in the USA or other third countries. You can restrict collection via your cookie/consent settings or in your Meta account settings. Meta privacy policy.

The contact form on this website is operated with the Brevo service (formerly Sendinblue) of Sendinblue GmbH (Berlin). The data you submit (name, email address, message, and optionally company and phone) are transmitted to Brevo and processed there. Brevo stores these data to process your request and for email communication (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you consent to the newsletter, processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data may be processed on Brevo servers (in the EU). You have the rights set out in section 10; for the newsletter you can unsubscribe via the link in each email. Brevo privacy policy.
